Subject: [PATCH] Revert "Makefile: remove $foo when $foo.exe is
 built/installed."

This reverts commit 6fc301bbf68decbda369402a11ef215391bdd533.
Appearently, MSYS's shell returns success for -f foo if foo.exe
exists. Hence, this patch removes *all* .exe files - not quite
what we want.
