fixup! Add a build definition for Azure DevOps
As we use the common ci/ scripts to build and test on Windows, we now have to make sure that there are no untracked, unignored files after the build. That includes the SDK, and the test-cache directory. Signed-off-by: Johannes Schindelin <johannes.schindelin@gmx.de>
