fixup! t7800: Use "test_cmp_text" in all places where "echo" is used

This reverts commit 9264b1f.

test_cmp_text is not defined anymore and as of 4d715ac
(Windows: a test_cmp that is agnostic to random LF <> CRLF conversions)
this workaround is also not required anymore.
