* master:
  Git 1.7.9.2
  completion: use tabs for indentation
  completion: remove stale "to submit patches" documentation
  git-p4: the option to specify 'host' is -H, not -h
  t9100: remove bogus " || test" after each test scriptlet
  git-svn.perl: fix a false-positive in the "already exists" test
