Merge branch 'jr/status' (early part) into next
* 'jr/status' (early part): Support --amend on initial commit in status output Improve "nothing to commit" part of status output Clarify syntax and role of git-add in status output send pack check for failure to send revisions list instaweb: load Apache mime and dir modules if they are needed fetch-pack: do not use lockfile structure on stack. Remove unused variable (git-commit.sh)
