Miklos Vajna 868bc068bb gitweb: new cgi parameter: opt ...

Currently the only supported value is '--no-merges' for the 'rss', 'atom',
'log', 'shortlog' and 'history' actions, but it can be easily extended to allow
other parameters for other actions.
