"git rev-list --unpacked --objects" failed to exclude packed
non-commit objects, which has been corrected.

* tb/rev-list-unpacked-fix:
  pack-bitmap: drop --unpacked non-commit objects from results
  list-objects: drop --unpacked non-commit objects from results
