* master:
  git-blame: somewhat better commenting.
  Make fsck and fsck-objects be builtins.
  git-commit -s: no extra space when sign-offs appear at the end already.
  Replace perl code with pure shell code
  lock_any_ref_for_update(): do not accept malformatted refs.
