Jon Loeliger 4f9dcf7e5c Remove 'Previously this command was known as ...' messages. ...

For a 1.0 release, there is no need to maintain the
historical "Previously this command was known as..."
information on the doc splash page.  It is noise;
command names should stand on their own now.
