"git diff --shortstat --dirstat=changes" showed a dirstat based on
lines that was never asked by the end user in addition to the
dirstat that the user asked for.

* mk/diff-shortstat-dirstat-fix:
  diff --shortstat --dirstat: remove duplicate output
